On the site of an old silkworm farm and orangery, we offer a total of 5 holiday apartments and 5 guest rooms. Modern and spacious holiday loft style accommodation for up to 6 people with open plan living and private entrance (separated from the rest of the building) in the romantically gardened inner courtyard. The space This loft style apartment is located on the first floor of the main house and is accessed via the private inner courtyard. On the lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan living and dining area and a guest powder room. The blend of old and new creates an extraordinary ambience, perfect for cosy evenings in front of the large wood burning stove. A spiral staircase leads to a gallery with a reading nook. Two bedrooms and a modern bathroom lead off the gallery and there is access to an open sleeping area on the upper level. The bright master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe. The luxurious bathroom has a free standing bath and a separate shower cubicle. The comfortable sofa bed in the reading nook could accommodate a sixth person. The sleeping area opposite, overlooking the living room is furnished with a single bed. Guest access Access is via the large communal garden and the terrace in front of the building. We will welcome you personally on your arrival. Other things to note Below you will find some important information about our accommodation. - Check-in is possible between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.. We kindly ask you to contact us by phone 30 minutes before your arrival. Earlier or later arrival is possible depending on availability and by arrangement. - A private parking space is available free of charge for all guests. The entrance is located approx. 150 m after the main entrance, on the right-hand side (second entrance after the main entrance). - For the sake of the other guests, we ask you to respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. according to the house rules. - Parties and celebrations with loud music are not allowed. - Departure is possible between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.. A later departure is possible depending on availability and after consultation.
