Cozy room near Downtown San Jose

Clean, private room in a lovely house. Full bed, a desk that has a lamp with a USB port on it, 2 dressers, spacious closet. Kitchen, side porch and family room access. The room also includes Sunday morning Breakfast. 15 Min to SJC Airport, 10 Min Downtown, 5 Min Caltrain Station. Friendly Family wiling to tell about nearby attractions. We have small dog and a friendly cat. Street Parking is free but hard to find. There is available parking at the shopping center at the end of our street. The space This room is very private as well as clean and cozy! It is downstairs next to the shared bathroom! There is a lot of storage in the room! The dresser are antique and have large drawers. We provide clean My Pillow fluffy towels and washcloths during your stay, as well as shampoo and shower gel. The shared bathroom downstairs is for using while you are downstairs but for showers the upstairs bathroom is available. We have soft water with a tankless water heater, so you always get hot water for your showers and your skin will be softened. Guest access You get wifi and access to our kitchen and laundry facilities. Also you can enjoy the lounge chairs in the backyard as well as the porch. It's is a nice place to sit with a cup of coffee! During your stay We know the area well and can give you ideas of things to do or places to walk. We are between Valley Fair Mall and Downtown San Jose. The Rose Garden is about 1 mile away. A nice walk! There are grocery stores, a Starbucks and many restaurants in walking distance. Other things to note We have one cat and a small dog.
