Quiet bedroom is great for couples or solo travelers. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a 2 min walk from the park. There are 3 guest rooms on the top floor. The shared bathroom is reserved for guests only. The kitchen is fully stocked with room in the fridge for guest use. There is not access to a washer/dryer. I live downstairs with my dog. The house is 20 min from downtown, 35 min from Denver International Airport, 25 min from Boulder, and 1.5 hours from Skiing. During your stay I'm happy to hear about guests' travels and share a meal, but respectful if they'd prefer to be private. Other things to note I am allergic to most animals, but I have a hypoallergenic Yorkie named Sadie who loves human but is aggressive with other pets. The pup stays downstairs with me, so she won't be in your space unless you want to say hi and get in some doggo snuggles.
