Guest access Guests have exclusive and private access to their own separate and detached guesthouse. Guests are welcome to use the backyard, pool, and hot tub at no extra fee. Please note that, with respect to the neighborhood's quiet hours, the pool and hot tub can only be used between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Pool is not heated. Hot tub is heated upon request. Other things to note Maximum of 2 Airbnb guests allowed. With respect to our agreement with our neighbors, we cannot allow more than two Airbnb guests on the property at a time.
