Located 1-6 blocks from anything there is to do in Aspen. The Gondola Plaza is just a 5-10 min stroll (or quick ski down). Ruby Park Transportation Center is 2 blocks. One of the closest properties in Aspen to the slopes, you can ski down to gondola via a narrow trail and ski home to within 100 ft of condo if you are a strong skier. 2 bedroom unit with en-suite baths, fireplace, and outdoor patio. Beautiful pool and hot tub in the complex. The space This two story ski-in/ski-out 2 bedroom condominium is situated at the base of Aspen Mountain, a.k.a. "Ajax" between the Little Nell, Silver Queen Gondola and chair lift 1A. Beautifully renovated condo with luxurious finishes, gourmet kitchen, dish washer, oven , flat screens, brand new washer dryer as of 2022. Upstairs has tall ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, with a nice out door patio. We are also just below the famous Alpine World Cup Ruthless Run Downhill course. The heated pool and jacuzzi are overlooking the town of Aspen, as well as a west view with nice sunsets. Because of this condo’s central location (or the Core) you will not need a car to enjoy what Aspen has to offer. Both the ski lifts and town begins a mere block away. For those not skiing, you are in close proximity to world famous shopping, dining and spas. If you do not ski, you are steps away from the St, Regis Hotel's spa. There are numerous gyms, clubs, and spas, within walking distance of the condo. A number of golf courses are approximately 1 to 3 miles away. Aspen Condo Accommodation and Amenities: Location Type: Ski-In, Ski-Out General: Linens Provided, Parking Off Street, in our parking lot, but you have to obtain a free parking permit from Frias Property Management , located just below the driveway at 747 South Galena Street! We have an electric fireplace now (for fire safety reasons). Kitchen: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Kitchen, Microwave, Cooking Utensils, Bedrooms: 2 Bedrooms. Sleeps 4 adults, 5 maybe with kids. Queen bed & full bathroom off Primary bedroom ( no bathtub just shower). Second bedroom w/ full bathroom with shower (no bath tub), has a modern steel bunk bed that is a double/full bed on the bottom and twin on top, so it's really only comfortable for 1-2 adults or 1-3 kids. We prefer people do not sleep on the sofa. Entertainment: Cable TV and Wifi Outside: Outdoor Grill at pool , Deck / Patio ... Suitability: Children welcome Pets are allowed on approval, so please discuss that with us in advance. If we decide that a pet is okay, they cannot run around the common areas of condo complex off leash. Re: pets inside unit, please keep them out of bedrooms (carpet) or on the furniture . We suggest you bring a bed, blanket, or a crate depending on situation. We love dogs, but we do want the place to stay clean. In 10 yrs, there has never been problem but if so, they may have to go to one if the local doggie hotels. ( Aspen Boarding Kennels ) This is a non- smoking unit.
