Just 38 miles west of Colorado Springs, it is an easy trip to come spend time in the mountains of Colorado where things slow down. Nestled in the heart of hiking, biking, skiing, boating, fishing, hunting, and ATV country. You can do it all from here! Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek, Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, are all easy trips to make! Amazing sunrises and wildlife abounds! The space The house is a 3 bedroom, two bathroom home with a large open area in the basement for playing games and watching television, etc. There is a game table and a poker set, along with other games for filling the downtime and enjoying friends and family. The house sits on two acres and has a fantastic deck for taking in the epic views and watching for wildlife. A large wrap around driveway provides ample parking for all guests and there is a swing for children, or the young at heart, to enjoy!
