Full kitchen NO smoking/vaping allowed. $500 penalty enforced. Minimum age to rent-25 The space This beautiful cabin is 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and 15 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. You feel like you are far away from everything but at the same time you are close to everything. This cabin feels like a tree house with beautiful wooded views from the wrap around deck. From the deck you have mountain views and wooded views. This cabin is '980 Square Feet' with one master bedroom with king bed. The master bedroom as a large jacuzzi tub and flat screen TV and electric (no heat) fireplace. There is a full kitchen with dining area. The living room is very spacious and has an electric fireplace and flat screen TV. The game room area has a pool table, air hockey, flat screen TV, and two arcades and pinball. There are also bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. The bottom bunk is a full size bed and the top bunk is the standard twin size. In addition to the full bathroom there is a large jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. The cabin has a very large wrap around deck with swing, rocking chairs, picnic table, and very nice hot tub. There are so many wonderful things to do in the area. It is very family friendly and has everything from hiking, horseback riding, Dollywood amusement park and water park, as well as great restaurants and lots of shopping. Other things to note This cabin is completely NON-SMOKING. I love pets but I cannot allow any pets in the cabin for many reasons - this includes service animals. This cabin is perfect for couples or families. The bottom bunk is a full size bed and the top is the standard bunk. The sleeper sofa is queen size. The bed in the Master Bedroom is a king size. There is no requirement to take out trash. If you choose to take trash out before you check out you can take it down to the dumpster which is just at the exit of Gatlinburg Falls resort. There is no requirement to strip the beds but if you decide to strip the beds you can just pile the sheets and linens in one area before you leave. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and dishes. You have linens for the beds. There are towels and washcloths available as well.
