It's a studio with a super comfy queen bed, bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, plates, silverware, and coffee setup, but not a full kitchen. No stove or oven. Blackout blinds and a table fan create a great, dark place to sleep. When we travel we always notice the same problems with even the best hotels. Typically, we never get a good night's sleep. We hope that we have solved these problems in our space. Although there is plenty of light, each window has a blackout blind that can be lowered to keep morning light out. The queen bed is supreme. Hand made in Berkeley, CA (and we bought it there) it will not make you feel like your sleeping on an Ikea display bed. All sheets and pillowcases are 100% cotton. No polyester. We provide four medium firm pillows. We used to have down ones but too many people were allergic. If you need a squishy pillow you should bring it. A side table fan provides air flow and makes no strange sounds to disturb you. All lights are on dimmers. You can even enjoy the glow from our kitschy electric fireplace in the corner. The best part, of course, is our quiet neighborhood. We respect sleep and privacy above all else and no one will come tapping on your door to clean your room. No need to tidy up when you leave. We clean the Studio thoroughly between guests. Just leave the keys & parking tag on the table. 1gb Internet. Although that depends entirely on your equipment. I get 600mb hard wired and around 150mb wireless. Guest access You'll have separate 24 hour access to the studio through the side gate in our privacy fence with lockbox.
