A wonderful wooden front porch with Adirondack chairs, a yard with patio furniture to lounge around on. Master bath has a deep bathtub for soaking and shower. Guest access Entire house, except attic space. Other things to note Reading area on second floor with lounge chair. Fully equipped kitchen with full cookware including Vitamix blender, Instant Pot, cast iron pan, variety of coffee pots (including Mokamaster, French Press, Moka), tea kettle, etc. I only rent to adults 30 years or older.
