Amazing two-bedroom duplex flat is one of the 6 rental flats of our short-term letting. Fully equipped Flat #6 is located at 2nd floor of building and having magnificent mountain and park view. The attractive French balconies of rooms are for receiving natural cool breeze of Nicosia nights and all year sun of Cyprus. Flat has 2 bedrooms with double beds, two sitting areas, an eat-in kitchen together with a two pieces washroom at living area and a three pieces washroom at sleeping area. The space DENGE Homes has six luxury flats which are open to all guests wishing to stay at an easy access location for an unforgettable Cyprus holiday or business/health visit to Cyprus! There is a common garden on the ground floor of the apartment which guests can use for both leisure and open-air working space. Two of flats have 3 bedrooms and other four duplex flats have 2 bedrooms each. Amazing duplex flat #6 is one of the 2-bedroom duplex flats. Luxury flat is perfect for short stay of businesspeople, big families & holiday makers who want a comfy and spacious place to stay while visiting the capital and the rest of island. Flat sit in a fabulous setting next to the green area of region. The public transport and Airport Shuttle stop together with bicycle rental rank is in front of the building. There are attractive amenities in the neighbourhood. Restaurants/cafe's, bakeries, supermarkets, farmer's market of city, gyms, public parks, exchange offices, banks, ATM's are at a walking distance. Luxury flat can accommodate 4 adults in two double beds, a child in sofa bed and an infant in the cot. Flat is fully equipped such as; heating/cooling air conditioner in all rooms, free WiFi throughout the flat and at ground floor outdoor sitting area, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, all needed cooking tools, cutlery, plates, glasses, washing machine, iron, iron table, hairdryer, baby bath. Guest access Guests will have access to -entire flat, -ground floor outdoor sitting/smoking area -free car parking area Other things to note To avoid any misunderstanding please bear in mind before reservation -We are not a Hotel or a Guesthouse. -You are staying in a fully furnished and equipped flat. -We do not have room service, but we are around to answer your queries within a reasonable time limit. 1) The fee of your stay calculated by considering fair usage of electricity as; 5kW per day. The cost of overused electricity will be deducted from the deposit you will pay at the check-in. Cost of overused electricity consumption will be calculated by using unit price of local electricity authority which is applying different unit prices for monthly 0-250kW, 251-500kW, 501-1000kW and more than 1001kW consumption thresholds. We advise our guests to regularly check their consumption during their stay. 2) You are required to pay 150 EUROS deposit at the check-in. All deposit will be refunded at the check-out if • there is no damage to flat • flat furniture locations are not changed. 3) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat. In case of smoking in the flat, whole deposit will be kept for additional cleaning expenses. 4) We provide cleaning materials (toilet roll, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dishwasher tablet, washing liquid) only in short term (max 7 nights) stays. Guests should purchase cleaning materials needed in long stays. 5) The cleaning fee of your stay is calculated by considering cost of washing towels and washing/ironing of the bed linen at check out. As a Guest, you are responsible for leaving the flat (including all personal or other property located at the flat) in the condition it was in when you arrived. Changing the place of furniture is strictly forbidden. Otherwise, we will need to keep min 40 EUROS of deposit to cover the additional furniture organization expense of the flat. 6) As a Guest, you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of individuals whom you booked the flat. 7) As a Guest you are required to provide government issued photo ID's of EVERYBODY 18 OR OVER in order to receive arrival instructions and keys to enter flat. For safety reasons we must know who is always in our building. 8) Events & parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Please respect other guests staying at Denge Homes, by keeping the volume within acceptable levels and keeping your surroundings clean & tidy NOTE 1: We NEVER throw paper and wet wipes into toilets in Cyprus to avoid blockage of waste discharge systems. In case of drain blockage due to sanitary waste, unblocking expenses will be charged to the Guest. NOTE 2: Tap water is not drinkable in northern part of Cyprus. We help our Guests to order mineral water in 10kg bottles if they wish. NOTE 3: There is electric hot water boiler for shower and kitchen hot water. Boiler needs time to warm water at the start. NOTE 4: All electric sockets are British type (type G, 3 pins). Please take your 3-2 pin adapters with you if you have appliances with two pins. NOTE 5: Pets are not allowed. You will be charged 150 EUROS per night for your pet if you bring it with you.
