Our guest studio is located at our home minutes to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. The studio is one room and features a queen bed, dining area with an apartment size refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. There is a bathroom with a small stand up shower. There is a private entrance, covered porch and fenced yard area along with off-street parking. The space This is a private room with a private entrance and covered porch. The Studio has a super comfy queen size bed, dining table and chairs, kitchenette that contains an apartment size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster oven, an electric skillet, dishes & utensils. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, toilet and sink. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for use by guests. We are minutes from Folly Beach and the City of Charleston. Grocery stores (Publix, Food Lion, Harris Teeter and Wal-Mart), Gold's Gym, and several restaurants are within walking distance. I provide a "Gold Pass" that provides free admittance to all Charleston County Parks, including the County Park at Folly Beach and the James Island County Park. Guest access Private entrance with parking close to entrance. Guests have access to all outdoor studio space. Other things to note The studio is dog friendly, but is thoroughly cleaned after each visit. Guests must also pick up their pet droppings on the property. If droppings are not picked-up and properly disposed of, additional fees may be assessed.
