We're only 10 blocks from the beach and the historic Pacific Beach Pier. There are hundreds of restaurants of all cultures within blocks. Location is very accessible to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Most options are available within walking distance. App-based rental (Bird, Lime, etc.) scooters and bikes are staged within a block or two. Transportation by bus within walking distance. Parking is readily available street-side.
