Unit #3 is a beautiful property with 2B/1Bath with your own KITCHEN and LIVING ROOM , large PARKING LOT (3 spaces), safety features inside/out. Largest unit of all. BALCONY for morning coffee! Total 3 beds. Each unit has it's own entrance like an apartment. Beautiful garden. Note: cigarette/cannabis NOT allowed indoor or outdoor within the gated premise. Will be STRICT. The space Clean, pretty, safe, and comfortable. Full kitchen is ready for cooking. Free coffee for guests. Guest access Guests can use BBQ in the outside area and hang out in the garden. Other things to note This unit has full cable, Netflix ready. Once you arrive you will be provided with a code to enter the parking lot, then you can enter your unit and obtain a gate opener for your vehicle. The gate opener is for you to use and return to the unit prior to departure. Lost item will be charged $50 replacement fee. Any type of smoking (cigarette and cannabis) is prohibited inside and outside the property. You may step out the front or rear gate to do so at your own risk. We will charge 100 dollars additional cleaning fee if smoking occurs inside the unit and/or if there is presence of residual cigarette or cannabis odor. Please keep the property clean and return back to its original state prior to your departure, which includes cleaning kitchenware that was used.
