THIS RENTAL IS NOW THE ENTIRE HOUSE. The reviews up until 2023 are for the upstairs only, but you are now renting the entire house - Sleeps 12 total (3 bed/ 3 bath upstairs; 1 bed/ 1 bath with a sleeper sofa downstairs). There is only room for 3 cars. You will have to find offsite parking for additional vehicles. The pool is shared among 5 houses and 2 condo buildings. There is no grill available for use. Each TV is equipped a fire stick for you to enjoy your own streaming apps. The Newport House is 5 years old and close to restaurants, dining, the beach and family-friendly activities. The Newport House is in town 0.4 miles from the beach (Sand Castle Drive beach access). You will absolutely love the location! Our place is good for couples and families with kids. Once you return from your daily activities, you will find a comfortable 2 outdoor spaces great for relaxing. Sleeping arrangements - Max 12 Persons - Upstairs Bedroom 1: King Bed with attached bathroom (2 persons) - Upstairs Bedroom 2: King Bed with attached bathroom (2 persons) - Upstairs Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed with double lower bunk, twin upper bunk and trundle (4 persons) - Downstairs Bedroom 1: Queen bed (2 persons) - Downstairs living room: Double sleeper sofa (2 persons) Guests have access to WiFi, TVs in each room with Fire Stick, porch, patio and quick beach access. Upon reserving the space we will contact you with instructions on how to enter the property the day before your arrival. Max 3 vehicles (or vehicle equivalents). The garage is not available for use. Guest access via keyless entry. The code will be provided 1 days prior to your arrival. I am always available to answer a question via Airbnb message, email, text or phone call.
