Landhaus Fay - Double Room 1 - Bad Ischl

Landhaus Fay offers rural tranquillity in the mountain village of Perneck, just 3kms from the lively town of Bad Ischl. There are hiking, cycling and ski touring routes from the door and just a short drive (or 25min walk) are the many restaurants, bars, shops, markets and attractions of Bad Ischl. Each of our rooms are individually decorated with emphasis on comfort, style and with an English influence! All rooms have ensuite shower/WC and free WIFI is available throughout the property. The space Landhaus Fay has been described by our guests as calm, rural, homely, beautifully decorated and above all, friendly. We both spent many years working stressful jobs before we moved here, so we know only too well how important your holiday is to you! We will do our very best to help you make the best of your stay and we are always on hand with help and advice, should you need it. Breakfast is provided daily and includes fresh tea, coffee, orange juice and a selection of yoghurts, fresh bread rolls, jams, cereals, toast, fruit and boiled eggs from the resident hens! Guest access In addition to each of our private, en-suite rooms, guests are welcome to use a choice of areas in which to relax. The breakfast room on the first floor is the place to find complimentary coffee and a selection of teas as well as an honesty bar, which is stocked with a selection of wines, beers and soft drinks. Why not take your drink out to the tables and chairs provided in the guest garden or relax in one of the loungers and enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains! There is also a cosy lounge area available indoors if the weather is not so good. We also have a heated ski/boot/drying room available for guests to use and a bicycle storage area available by prior arrangement. During your stay Whilst Landhaus Fay is our home too, all the guest areas are separate from the private areas and there is a dedicated entrance for guests to use so you may come and go as you please after you have checked in. We hope you will feel you have as much privacy as you like, but at the same time, know we are on hand to help you make the best of your stay and provide help and advice, should you need it. We live on site, as do our two lovely boxer dogs, but don't worry, they do not have access to guest areas as they can be a 'little boisterous' in their friendliness! ;-) Other things to note Our house is non-smoking throughout, but you are welcome to smoke outside in the garden area or covered deck area. Ashtrays are provided. Please note that no washing of clothes or cooking is permitted in the rooms. We can provide a laundry service for a small fee, so please ask for details. We can also provide you with restaurant recommendations. Please note that the city tax of €2 per person per night is not included in the price. This can be paid at check-out.
