This is a small one bedroom suite. All amenities of an apartment except for a stove. It has it's own entrance. It has all new working windows with screens. The bathroom is very small, but a regular size shower. The space We are located 6 blocks from downtown Oberlin, home of Oberlin College. Guest access The entire suite is available to guest. Plenty of parking in very large driveway. Also available is access to back yard patio with sunsetter. Other things to note 1. No smoking anything in the suite! 2. No unauthorized parties or underage drinking! 3. Do to the extensive cost of cleaning from pets, we no longer allow any animals in the suite.
