The master bedroom has a queen, the spare a full, both with new memory foam mattresses. The couch folds out into a queen bed to accommodate 6 guests. This vintage bungalow is in the middle of everything but a private cozy retreat. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the spare bedroom has a full bed both with new memory foam mattresses and linens. The bedrooms share a jack and Jill bathroom. There is a queen size pull out couch in the living room. Private back yard patio with lighting for evening dining. Updated kitchen with original vintage stove and stocked with new coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. Comes with 1 parking spot in the driveway as well as ample street parking in a safe neighborhood. If you plan to travel with babies or kids we supply a pack n play, high chair as well as books and toys. We have shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap ready for your use. We supply the kitchen with olive oil and salt and pepper. If you'd like to bring along a well behaved dog there is a $50 enhanced cleaning fee. Please pick up after your pet and don't leave them unattended in the house for long periods of time. The $50 will be requested after booking. The house is located next to Trip Advisors best rated restaurant in San Luis Obispo, High Street Market and Deli. The deli can become busy especially on weekends and during lunch. Many guests love the fun energy of staying next to a great restaurant. The deli closes at 5:30pm every day and the nights are very quiet in this neighborhood. The deli does get morning deliveries and there will be noise on some days due to the comings and goings of deliveries. Storage is located behind the house adjacent to the back patio but the patio is your private area. If you will be using the pull out bed in the living room please note that the bathroom is located through either the master or spare bedroom. So personal space will be limited.
