The Neversink River is great for fishing, we have private river access. Also great for cooling off in the summer and tubing. Private but just a five minute drive will bring you to all amenities ... gas , supermarket, restaurants , liquor shop and more. Enjoy lazy weekends on the deck, in the hot tub, by the firepit, grill, or cooking fabulous meals in our gourmet kitchen or binge on Netflix on our 65" HDTV. We also have Cableservice, Wii, X-box, an evoke speaker and fast internet access. Our cottage is equipped with a brand new HAVOC system to easily control the temperature. AC/heat. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit funds.
