Come, enjoy this sparkling clean cozy upstairs bedroom with a queen size mattress (BeautyRest), luxury linens, closet & dresser space, ceiling fan, cable tv, wi-fi with sitting/work/eating area. The room is pre-sanitized with UV/ozone technology & strict cleaning protocols. A Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge, stocked with treats & drinks is provided and full bath with an endless supply of fluffy towels/towel warmer & double vanity is next to your room reserved for your exclusive use. The space This is a clean 2-story traditional home in a residential area with off-street parking on a corner lot near a lovely, well-lit public park with easy access to the university of Arkansas, downtown, restaurants & entertainment. You will enjoy your in-room amenities & I am always happy to accommodate any particular needs you may have or provide suggestions about the area. Guest access Upon arrival you will be given keys to come & go as you please while you are here. Access to your upstairs private room is right next to the front door so it is easy to come & go without interaction with the rest of the house for easy social distancing. Arrangements can be made to use the screened in back porch in good weather. The property is close to the university of Arkansas, dickson street entertainment area, shopping, restaurants, etc. During your stay I live downstairs in the home & will be in and out. I’m always available in-person, by phone, text or email to help with any questions you might have. 🌼. I try to be available to welcome you or I leave clear, easy instructions for check-in. If you have an important appointment in town, you’re welcome to drop off your luggage, do a quick check-in, then come & go as you please. Fayetteville is a wonderful place with rich opportunities and lots of amenities such as biking, walking trails, quick access to hiking, kayaking, sports (the famous Razorbacks), U of A, restaurants, shopping, music galore, Walton Center for the Arts, museums (World Class Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art) in nearby Bentonville and so much more. If you are extremely noise sensitive my fenced back yard borders a busy street but I and others don't seem to notice it much. Otherwise this is a quiet residential neighborhood of nice folks. You will see some walkers, joggers and people walking their dogs or heading to the park.
