The 100 years old house only 3 km away from Veliko Tarnovo is furnished with authentic furniture preserving the culture atmosphere of after revival time. It features self-catered accommodation with kitchen, big dining area and barbecue facilities. The space The property consists of a Main house for 17 guests and separate building comprising Studio and Two-bedrooms suite. The self-catered main house has 7 bedrooms / 5 doubles, 1 triple, 1 for 4 persons/, 3 bathrooms, tavern for 25 people with full kitchen facilities, iron, big flat screen Smart TV, free Wi Fi internet and PC computer available for every guest. Total capacity of main house is 17 guests. On the first floor there is gray room with its own bathroom. Here is the internal barbecue and tavern with total area of 45 square meters. Very comfort and warmth create the fireplace and shaped around it couches, tables and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and the most modern appliances. On the second floor are orange, blue, pink, purple and secret rooms. They have one shared bathroom. On the floor is small, charming terrace, which reveals a picturesque view of Veliko Tarnovo city. All rooms here are designed in retro authentic style. The furniture is antique and restored by the owner himself. Heating of the main house during the winter is with fireplace on woods and radiators in all rooms. Guest access Apart from the main house is a separate self-catered Studio. Its interior is designed in vintage style, with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, A/C conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, iron, queen size bed and a comfortable sofa/folding bed. Capacity of the studio is 2+2 guests. In a separate building (Two-room suite) are detached two double bedrooms: one with double bed, one with two single beds. Furnished in traditional Bulgarian style, each with its own bathroom, electric radiators and satellite TV. The rooms share a common refrigerator, microwave and kettle. There are no cooking facilities in Two-room suite. Capacity of Two-room suite is 4 guests. Other things to note Please have in mind that our property consists of Main house (13 guests), Studio (2+2 guests) and Two-bedroom Suite (4 guests) and all of them share one big green garden for tranquility and relaxation. We don't offer breakfast. Only 3-4 minutes walking from our house there is food shop. And you have the kitchen to prepare your food.
