Coldstream Pond Cottage

Non-smoking cottage on beautiful Coldstream pond in Enfield Maine, includes air conditioning in part of the home along with deck with floating dock. The space Lake amenities include fire pit, dock, deck and canoe. Never worry about losing power with automatic back up generator. Please no additional tents,RV's or campers. no PARTIES. Quiet time 10pm. Water source is lake water. Bottled water is recommended for drinking. Guest access Entire 3 bedroom 2 full bath house and carport, along with deck and floating dock. Also great lawn space with picnic table and fire pit. Other things to note Coldstream Cottage does have air conditioning in PART of the house. Air conditioning is in living space, kitchen and one bedroom. Fans are also available. Essential items are provided in LIMITED quantity such as toilet paper, hand soap, linens, pillows. Guests are responsible to provide their own food and staple items as this is a rental property. Please be respectful of the 9am check out time so other guests can check in on time. House is non smoking. Any suspicion that smoking has occurred in the house we will add an additional $250 charge. There will be an additional charge added at checkout for any damages or need for extra cleaning beyond normal cleaning time. Amount charged will depend on extent of damages.
