The Villa is 2 Miles from Interstate 4 which crosses central Florida and provides easy access to all the top attractions and many shops and restaurants . The space Spacious master bedroom and unsuite, queenside beds in the master and other bedroom, 2 twin beds in third bedroom. Full kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Kitchen leads to living and dinning space with TV which leads to patio and pool area. Guest access * Self check in with lockbox (code will be sent before arrival) All living space is accessible. We have a couple of private lockup’s which you will NOT have access to and this includes the space over the garage - IF YOU ENTER THIS WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Other things to note * No auto trailers are allowed in the community premises. * Security deposit required if you damage the home you may be charged up to £150.00. * NO smoking inside the house * Strictly NO Pets ( this is due to Allergies) * Do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the property * NO ball games inside the pool area. If the screening gets damanged you will be charged for the repair. * We request that food/drinks are only consumed in the kitchen and dining areas of the house and not in the bedrooms.
