Relax in your own private quarters - the lower level of a raised ranch home with your own private entrance, family room and NEW retro-kitchenette and dining bistro set! Super cozy with beautiful natural light and a separate bedroom (with air conditioning), a comfortable queen size bed and private bathroom with stand-up shower. Enjoy access to your own television in the family room with Amazon FireTV and access to Netflix and Hulu. Showtime Anytime and Internet TV is provided to guests along with high speed wireless WiFi. We have an additional pullout for any little ones or a third guest that may be joining you on your New England adventure! Laundry facilities also available. Small loads only, thanks! Enjoy a wonderful breakfast made with organic and non-GMO ingredients to start your day, including hot tea and coffee and perhaps a tasty Belgian waffle with local Vermont maple syrup! Our home is just blocks from the Burlington Bike Path and the Island Trail. Airport Park is a block away with easy access to hiking, biking, snowshoeing and water activities in the summer along beautiful Mallett's Bay and Lake Champlain. The boat ramp to the Winooski River and Delta Park are just down the street. The area becomes a kaleidoscope of vibrant colors during the autumn foliage season - "leaf peepers" welcome! Beautiful views of both the Adirondack Mountains of New York to the West and the Green Mountains of Vermont to the East, the splendor of Lake Champlain and Mallets Bay twinkling in the sunlight, and an abundance of forests all around. Water, mountains, and forest of pine, oak and maple in a quiet neighborhood setting while just minutes away from Burlington's faster pace. How fortunate we are to enjoy seagulls, red tail hawks, hummingbirds and cardinals all at once! We are 1 hour away from beautiful Stowe for skiing enthusiasts and you can lose yourself enjoying the numerous small towns and rolling hills throughout the countryside of the Champlain Valley and surrounding areas. And Montreal is only less than a 2-hour drive away! We are less than 15 minutes away from downtown Burlington and world famous Church Street and a perfect location for family and friends visiting students at UVM, Champlain College or St. Michaels.
