The Gerlich family has transformed Schloss Berg Klösterle into four spacious, comfortable holiday apartments, plus an event hall, sauna, and party cellar. Set in a peaceful location about 100 m above the valley floor, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and panoramic views, far from traffic. Central heating, sauna, swimming pond, fresh mountain air, and water from the estate’s own spring ensure a special sense of well-being. Other things to note The former Carmelite monastery was built in 1754 by Empress Maria Theresa. The splendidly decorated baroque church, owned by the local parish, still hosts Sunday services. To the east of the church lies an old cemetery with beautiful historic wrought-iron crosses, still in use today. For private events such as weddings, birthdays, or anniversaries, an 80 m² banquet hall, a private courtyard (110 m²), and a 30 m² party cellar are available. A large iron stove in the vaulted stone cellar provides cozy warmth. For larger outdoor celebrations, a covered 70 m² carport can be used. Various catering services can be arranged to tailor your event. Rent the entire Schloss Berg Klösterle for your celebration—your guests can stay overnight and enjoy the unique setting. The four apartments—Noviziat, Abtei, Priorat, and Pfarrei—offer 25 to 35 beds and range from 60 to 80 m². Each is fully equipped, including dishwasher and microwave. A new solar heating system with floor and wall radiators ensures comfort year-round at 1,108 m altitude. Free internet and a dedicated PC are provided in every apartment.
