Our Strawberry Cabin is the perfect place for a get away! Sierra at Tahoe is just 6 miles up HWY 50. Lover's Leap and other hikes are right out the front door. Lake Tahoe is 25 min away, but there are several smaller lakes just a few minutes drive from the front door. You might choose to relax by the fire or out on the deck and find you never want to leave the area! It holds many memories for our family and we hope that you and your family/group will make memories here and want to come again and again. The cabin has three bedrooms, a TV room that can be closed off for privacy/sleeping and a basement with a futon couch. The main level has a great room that includes the dining area, kitchen and living room. There is also a small loft area in the large bedroom upstairs- a perfect place for kids to sleep. There are 5 separate sleeping spaces for your family or group to use. Per El Dorado County, the maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 6 excluding children 5 years and younger. The basement includes a pool table, darts, TV and gaming system. Plenty of activities to keep you entertained after a day of enjoying the great outdoors. You will also find a highchair in the TV room closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough dishes, glasses and utensils for 12+ plus all of the cooking equipment you will need- Toaster Oven Microwave Two Coffee Machines- Keurig, French Press and Drip plus a grinder Pots and Pans Baking Dishes Crockpot Blender Kitchen Utensils There is even a roasting pan for a turkey and platters if you choose to spend Thanksgiving here at our cabin. A few days supply of coffee, tea and sugar will always be there when you arrive and if you forgot any toiletries, you'll find those here as well.
