Details ◎ Luxury villa with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining table, 2 bathrooms and 2 bathrooms ☆ Bedrooms 1 and 2 have 2 single beds in each room. ☆ A futon bed can be provided in bedroom 3 upon request. ☆ The living room has 2 large sofas and a large TV. ☆ Large dining table with 6 chairs ☆ The kitchen has basic kitchenware and basic tableware. ☆ Laundry with washing machine So you will have 4 single beds, 2 futons (upon request) and 2 sofas. 3. However, it is a paid option and if there are not enough, we may not be able to respond to your request. Guest access ❥ You have access to the whole house. You don't have to share the space with other visitors ❥ Free parking lot available. ❥ Please check the number of guests before completing your reservation and 24 hours before your check-in time (15:00 pm. of the day before your check-in date). We will charge you 2400 yen per person x number of guest + 50,000 yen for changing the number of people. Towels and bedding (Bed linens) are prepared based on the number of guests only. ❥ Local staffs are available to assist with your check-in between 3pm and 9pm. Please let us know what time to expect you. - There is a BBQ paid rental set where you can enjoy BBQ. However, if there are not enough, we may not be able to respond to your request. Other things to note 1. Our staff is available to assist with check-in between 3:00 pm to 9 pm. Please let us know what time you will be arriving. 2. Please check out before 11:00 am. and do not leave your luggage after check-out. There may be an additional charge for storing luggage after check-out time as it will make it difficult for the cleaning staff to work. 3. Please check the number of guests before completing the booking or after 24 hours before check-in time (3:00 pm the day before check-in). We will charge a fee of 2,400 yen per person x number of guests + 50,000 yen for changing the number of guests. Towels and bedding (sheets) will be provided according to the number of guests only. 4. The accommodation is open under the permission of the Japanese government. According to Japanese law, we must ask all guests to send a photo of their passport to the Airbnb mailbox in advance. 5. Please keep the noise down between 9 pm to 9:00 am. Please do not make loud noises, party or engage in other loud behavior. 6. The cleaning staff will take care of your garbage after check-out, so please do not take the garbage out of the villa and do not leave it on the balcony or terrace. Please tie the garbage bags tightly for easier disposal. Long-term guests who want to take the garbage out of the villa can message us. If the garbage bin is full, please let us know. You cannot take it out of the house. If you take the garbage out, you may be charged by the government. 7. Please keep the villa clean. If you want to dispose of large items such as old suitcases, please let us know in advance as there is a cost for disposal. 8. BBQ and bicycle rental services are available for an additional fee. Must be notified in advance separately. There may be cases where the equipment is not sufficient for the needs of all customers. 9. No smoking inside the villa. If our cleaning staff notices the smell of cigarettes inside the house, you may be charged extra for cleaning the house and removing the smell from the house. 10. If property in the room is lost or damaged, including soiled bed sheets and bedding, compensation must be paid at the price. 11. Everything in the room can only be used here and cannot be taken out. 12. Turn everything off when you leave the house and lock the door. 13. Please understand that there is no concierge service, daily cleaning service, room service, etc. like in a hotel. 14. No pets allowed. 15. Please do not visit the villa or nearby homes. Please treat the apartment and neighbors as if they were your own. 16. If you extend your stay on the day of check-out, you will be charged a cleaning cancellation fee as our cleaning staff may already be on their way to the villa.
