Guest access The 1.25 acres surrounding the property are yours to roam and relax. With multiple separate lounge areas both inside and out, we have created the perfect setting for a cup of coffee with the sunrise or a cocktail during Golden Hour. The hot tub sits in the middle with wide open views of untouched desert landscaping right out the back door of the property for a relaxing night of star gazing. Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • FOURTH BEDROOM The pictures show a futon couch and foosball table but the couch has been removed and there is now a queen bed with bed frame. There is still the foosball table at the foot of the bed. • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • A/C The Horizon House is cooled by a brand new central air conditioner and separate evaporative cooler which is run by pumping water to the system. These are two separate units that work differently and cool the house differently. When using the evaporative cooler you will need to make sure to leave a window cracked in the rooms where you want to feel the cool air, having the window cracked will make pull the air through the house. With Central air, make sure the windows are closed to keep the cool air in the house. **note the evaporative cooler will not be available from November-March to ensure the water lines do not freeze. • WASHER/DRYER House has a washer and dryer available to guests that are staying with us for an extended period of 3 or more days. If you are traveling with an infant or young children please let us know and we will give you access to the laundry room. • GAMES We have provided a number of indoor games and outdoor activities for kids and adults alike. Be sure to keep all the pieces and parts together where they belong so everyone can continue to enjoy them. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside wood burning fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. THERE IS A PROPANE FIREPIT YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE. • HOT TUB - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
