Enjoy preparing meals in the new, well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances. Sleeping arrangements include twin beds with private bathroom and an en-suite Master Bedroom opening onto the plush lakefront lawn. Please note upon booking, Per HOA, we require a credit card number to be on file with the Association’s office. Guest access Enjoy the breathtaking views around the property, the pier, our pool and tennis courts. Other things to note An additional amenity that we are excited to offer for Summer of 2021 is access to a buoy on Lake Tahoe. We have one buoy that is available for $500, to reserve for up to 7 days. Boat registration and Insurance must be under the same name as the renter making the reservation for lodging. A check will be required for payment. Please send message to inquire on buoy availability.
