Conchal Cottage has it all -- a great location (3 min walk from beach & retail!) and everything you need to relax (spacious and serene patio, brand new queen-sized bed, two Smart TVs, BBQ Grill, fully stocked kitchen, creative storage options for longer stays, & more!). The space Welcome to Conchal Cottage, our charming garden oasis cottage / weekend surf pad located less than a 3-minutes walk from the sand in Hermosa Beach. Conchal Cottage is comfy, clean, and stylish, which is how we like to vacation. Our apartment is the upper unit in a charming 2-unit duplex cottage that was built nearly 100 years ago! We named it Conchal Cottage because the apartment is decorated with art from our travels through Costa Rica (including Playa Conchal, Costa Rica). And with 2 Smart TV's, fast wifi, gas BBQ, and a spacious garden patio "oasis," your entertainment and relaxation is guaranteed! We just replaced the pull-out bed with a brand new queen sized bed and bed frame! No more pull out :) Guest access We provide: - Gas BBQ - 4 Bath Towels - 2 beach towels - Extra blankets - Apple TV + Cable in living room - Smart TV in bedroom - Vacuum - Broom and Dustpan - All necessary cooking equipment Stocked Amenities - 1 roll of paper towels - 4 rolls of toilet paper - Hand soap - Coffee - Sugar - Tea - Salt, Pepper - Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash Please note: we provide generous amounts of the above items, but if you're here for a long-stay, we don't re-stock. Other things to note We can also accommodate a third guest or separate sleeping accommodations for two with our queen-size pull out sofa bed in the living room. If you wish to use this bed, we will provide Queen linens and extra towels for $40. Note: if you have three people in your party, you don't need to pay this extra fee. Parking: Parking is by street permit, which we pay for. We're located several blocks away from the pier which is good for parking because there are usually ample parking spots available. You will be given a guest parking permit, which allows you to park in many of the city's street parking spots (including those right out front of the apartment) without having to move after the sign's stated time limit i.e. 1-3 hours) or having to pay anything to the meter. Basically, parking is free!
