Red Dog Retreat is settled back from the road amongst the trees. 2.75 mi directly up the hill from downtown Broad St. A 7min easy drive to Historic Downtown Nevada City & 15mins to the Yuba River. Walking and biking trails are steps away from our property and we are a short drive to Scott's Flat Reservoir. Bring your boats, bikes & kayaks! Grill and sit around the fire pit on our wrap around deck. We love our peaceful home and look forward to sharing it with guests from all backgrounds. The space You have access to the entire house and property which includes the backyard, left of the privacy fence, and expansive front yard. I live in the garage studio next to the house. I share the driveway but will always park by the road so you may enjoy parking next to the house. You may occasionally see me walking up or down the long driveway or the path next to it when I walk my dog. I will always respect your privacy, and you are always welcome to say hello or ask me questions if you do see me. I enjoy interacting, but again, will always respect your privacy. Guest access Guests with confirmed booking will receive access to our home and our wifi password after the free cancellation period has passed. Other things to note This is a NON SMOKING property. Please adhere to our NON SMOKING policy within our home and anywhere on the property. We will consider pets on a case by case basis, and require a $45 nonrefundable fee for additional cleaning procedures.
