My house is in a small, very quiet subdivision and 100 m walk to all amenities: U EXPRESS shopping center, 2 min walk to a bakery, butcher, tobacco shop, restaurant, pharmacy. Everything is at your fingertips! Also located 5 minutes from Agropole, Technopole, Walygator, Aqualand and 2 minutes from the highway. Private bathroom and toilet, TV, WiFi, 140 bed.
