We are offering spacious lot to camp and settle in your recreational vehicle on a 1000 acre wilderness area. Be safe and secure with us during this trying times. We provide water. You will be able to get all necessities delivered daily by UPS and Fedex. We are 70 mile from all major stores, like Walmart, Safeway and Homedepot. There is good cellular signal for Verizon and Visible service. You can easily establish good WiFi service to conduct work. The space Private secluded space for entire family or group. Property is located in the vast wilderness of Catron County New Mexico. 7,000 square miles of area. Size of Connecticut with only 3,000 residences. Land is 6200 feet in elevation. Very dry climate. Summer months are hot during the day but cool at nights. Winters are mild. Due to high winds and extreme conditions, tent camping is not encouraged. Our beautiful land is located 22 miles east of town of St Johns AZ on a dirt county road 6040. Land is on the border of AZ and New Mexico. Hosts have lived on the land Off Grid for 3 years to be self-sufficient and build an Earth-friendly homes. Guests can choose the camping location spreading thousands of acres. There are flat valleys and very rugged high country locations for those wanting more privacy. You can rock climb, hike, hunt for rocks, explore ancient ruins to name a few things to do. There are three water wells on the property. One is an artesian spring well. You can garden, learn to live off grid and join us to build earth friendly home. This is a bird and animal sanctuary. Come experience total serenity when there are only few people for miles around. We border vast areas of BLM land. If you're also interested in living Off Grid, there are enormous amount of information you can learn from visiting us. Solar setup, shelter options, how to get water, wifi options, boosting cellphone signal, how to find land and so much more that will save tens of thousands of dollars. This is an Animal and Bird Statuary. There are wild animals here. But we have not had any bad encounters with them. Wild animals are very afraid of people. Cell signal and WiFi info: There are cell signal for Verizon and Visible service only. Signal is weak without a booster. With booster signal is very strong. Boosters work very well and we will help with purchase or you can rent them. WiFi connection is also weak without a booster. Typically, you will get 5mbps to 20mbps download which is adequate for most for work and viewing movies. With multiple setups, much higher speed is possible. We will help. We have spent years to perfect living in the wilderness, yet have all the conveniences of modern living. We are the only ones for many miles that have daily delivery and shipping with UPS. You can have everything delivered. You can go to Walmart 70 miles away and get fresh supplies with curve-side pickup. We have heavy security with security cameras at main entrances.
