Home in Virginia Beach

The Beach House sits on a lake looking out over VB oceanfront. Located in the Vibe District, a cultural hub for artists and spirits, roosters and restaurants, all within walking distance. We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hour. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. You'll love the outdoor shower! We have a cart, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your walk to the beach! The space Built in the 50's, our house has plaster walls, and big trim. There's a full size kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The upstairs bedroom was once an attic. The ceiling is sloped. The bathroom there has a sloped ceiling as well. It’s a tight space if you’re tall. The view from the sun-room looking out over the lake is beautiful. At night you can see the resort lit up. In summer the backyard is full of flowers. There is parking for two cars located behind the house. There is a studio separate from the house on the property with a renter. You may or may not see the renter. The renter has no rights to back yard and deck. Other things to note *The Sportsplex is less than a mile away from the Beach House. *The Dome is 0.5 miles away, an easy walk. *The Convention Center is 1 mile away. *Distance from Norfolk International Airport is 21 mins by car without traffic. *The oceanfront is 0.4 miles away (mostly because you have to walk around the lake)..
