This 30+day rental is ideal for the business traveler, two couples sharing home or families with young children. Convenient location on the north side of Boulder with bus transportation steps away. The University, Historic Pearl St. & Boulder Reservoir - 3.5 or less miles. Walk to tennis courts, two playgrounds and swimming pool. Home has two work stations (desks) with reliable wifi. Two bikes available and loads of kids toys. Our four bedroom condo is located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. One bedroom is a designated office with desk and wi-fi. Our home is ideal for two couples sharing a rental as we have two master bedrooms each with bathrooms nearby. The third bedroom is accessed thru the downstairs master bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry closet with new washer and dryer. You can relax on the east facing patio with your morning coffee or dine alfresco for lunch or dinner. Our home is senior friendly with loads of light and comfort height furniture, toilets, along with grab bars in newly remodeled upstairs bathroom. There are loads of toys and books for young children, along with a full size crib, a moveable portacrib, changing table, a baby gate for stairs and two types of highchairs. Having a two car private garage is definately a plus--no parking problems, lugging luggage across parking lots and up stairwells, and in rainy/snowy weather you have direct access into our home. Guests will have access to the entire home. I live down the street. I'm happy to offer any concierge type suggestions for travel or dining. We have lived in this neighborhood for 20 years and LOVE it. It is quiet and very family friendly. You can walk or bike to nearby restaurants, Safeway grocery store, yoga studios and coffee houses all less than 1/2 mile away. Boulder has miles and miles of bike paths that are accessed right across the street from the house. The neighborhood swimming pool is a quick 5 minute walk away (and typically you have the pool all to yourself). With the attached two car garage you can bring your own bikes or use the two provided. Bus transportation is conveniently located steps away from front door. Pearl Street, CU campus, and shopping mall are approximately 3.5 miles away. Hwy 36 and Hwy 119 are both easily accessed from this location for commuting to nearby areas. Bus transportation around town and to Denver are steps from our front door. With an attached two car garage parking your car is never a problem.
