Parking of commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers, or other recreational vehicles or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Area, except only if or within the confines of an enclosed garage or screened area, the plans of which shall have been reviewed and approved by ARC prior to construction, and no portion of the same may project beyond the screened area. If you need any additional parking, extra parking spots can be found at the beginning of Bella Beach Circle and behind Ocean View Street. Please do not park in any fire lanes or on other people’s properties. Thank you! This is a dog-friendly property; there is a $60 non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2) per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup. Your pup must be on a leash at all times when outside of the home, no exceptions. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
