Ned and Bed is a gorgeous setting year-round, and it's the perfect spot for a ski/snowboard vacation, a 650-square foot mountain sanctuary with spectacular views of the Continental Divide, Barker Meadow Reservoir and the quirky/charming town of Nederland. Private entrance. Close to hiking trails. 7 miles: Eldora skiing 16 miles: Boulder 22 miles: Casinos 40 miles: Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park. + 2 new queen beds with pillow-top mattresses + 1 queen Aerobed Insulated Mattress (with separate memory-foam pillow top) + 1 long, comfortable couch Guests staying at Ned and Bed will have the entire suite downstairs to themselves and have exclusive access to the deck, hot tub and gas grill located above the suite. Upon entering the property, follow signs to Ned and Bed (the lower driveway). Please park in the vicinity of the "Ned and Bed" parking sign. If you gaze up and over the town, you'll see our local picturesque Ski Mountain, Eldora! Just about a quarter mile from Ned and Bed, there's a secret hiking spot (shhhh!!!) The town has many restaurants, a grocery store, Mountain Peoples co-op, a public laundromat, a library... and much more! There is an RTD bus line that runs from Nederland to Boulder. There's a Park and Ride in town and a stop (both directions) at the bottom of Hurricane Hill. My sweet suite is located at the corner of Ridge Rd and Hurricane Hill which is one mile from the nearest RTD stop(s) on Colorado 119/Boulder Canyon. My Sweet Suite is listed for 4 guests, there will be a $25 fee per person, per night for each additional guest. Ned and Bed get its water from a well and cannot handle more than three consecutive short showers. Thank you for your consideration.
