The home is a 1,571 sqft 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a two-car garage. Large bathrooms. Walk-in closets in every room. Brand new furniture and wood floors. Each room has an intercom system that can play radio and CDs. There is a large fenced yard. MASTER BEDROOM BED HAS BEEN REPLACED DUE TO FEEDBACK OF IT BEING TOO FIRM. The space The house is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, and a kitchen with functioning stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room and master bedroom have a large widescreen TV with Netflix. There is high speed internet and wifi available. The password will be provided in the residence. All bed linens, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap are provided along with a supply of toilet rolls. Guest access The entire house, garage, and yard is available except for two closets in the front entry that will be locked. Other things to note Note: This house has not been effected by the recent flooding by Hurricane Harvey master bedroom bed has been replaced with a softer mattress and the other beds have had a foam topper put on them to address the firmness other guests have been providing feedback about.
