The space Complete use of cabin, bunk house and land. Very private lake setting. Amazing lake views and over 3 acres of trees, trails and wildlife. Great place for a relaxing getaway, or plenty of room for games and activities. Guest access Total Privacy: You have full, exclusive use of the cabin, bunk house and the entire 3-acre property. It is a very private setting with plenty of room for trailers, lawn games, and exploring. The Waterfront: Full use of the private dock. We provide a 12ft aluminum rowboat, two kayaks, and a paddleboat for your use on Borden Lake. Outdoor Living: Access to the lakeside deck, fire pit (firewood provided), and our guest-favorite private outdoor shower. The Cabin: Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, cozy loft and bathroom. Bunk House: Separate bunk house offers additional sleeping space with extra privacy. Other things to note Shoreline & Swimming: As mentioned, our shoreline is natural and great for wildlife viewing or launching the provided boats. For swimming, we recommend taking the boats out into the center of the 1,000-acre lake where the water is clear and open. Pet Etiquette: We are proud to be pet-friendly! We just ask that you pick up after your pets on the grounds to keep the 3 acres clean for the next guests. The Loft: The sleeping loft is a fun "fort" style space with lower ceilings and ladder access. It’s perfect for kids and teens, but please keep this in mind for guests with mobility concerns. Supplies Provided: We provide a starter supply of firewood for the pit and propane for the Flat Iron griddle. We also stock the kitchen with basics to make your arrival easier.
