The home's custom design, charm & location, makes it an ideal Airbnb choice for the traveler who is looking for a quiet, serene place. We're nestled in the mountains w/ seasonal creeks & critters yet 7 minutes to hwy & town! Pricing is for a full size bed (comfy for 1, cozy for 2) w/$20 (cash)for extra person. You need to include Airbnb references in your initial message to us. Public security camera (doorbell etc). We leave a light on, but please shut the porch light off after you have arrived! The space Our home is the perfect B&B for those to rest and rejuvenate, pass through or stay and visit. Our home is comfortable, clean and custom inside and out. Park to the left of the house. Smoking ok outside. You can use the kitchen to make a lite meal or snack. You may put stuff in the fridge and use the microwave and coffee pot. We only accept guests who are verified w/ references that we can see, so please make sure they are included in your request message. Check in is flexible and check out is at 10:00. There is an additional charge of $20 cash for an extra person. Shut off the air conditioner/heater if you are not going to be in the bedroom. Quiet time is between 10pm and 5am. When you leave, you can leave room as is; cleaning lady comes at 10:30a.m. Security cameras located in public places. If you need us, we will be available, otherwise, your privacy will be respected. Guest access We only accept guests who are verified w/ references that we can see, so please make sure they are included in your request message. You will have access to all common areas of the house with the exception of the master bedroom, master bath and office. This access will include the use of the closet and chest of drawers in their guest room, refrigerator space, minor use of kitchen for lite meal/snack prep, living room t.v., outside dining area and front porch seating. Smoking permitted outside only. Shut all fans, heaters, and air conditioners off if you are not in the rooms upstairs. Park to the left of the house. During your stay We only accept guests who are verified w/ references that we can see, so please make sure they are included in your request message. We will keep a low profile if you prefer, or we are happy to visit with you! We will assist with planning excursions by giving personal opinions or experiences if asked. We will have brochures available that feature local attractions and events. WiFi is available. Park to the left of the house. Beware of deer crossings throughout the neighborhood. I have friendly dogs who will be happy to visit with you outside. Be careful coming in the driveway--there is a bit of a curb. Park to the left of the house. Watch for deer in the neighborhood along the road. There is a window air conditioner in the guest room and extra blankets and pillows in the closet. Shut air conditioner, heaters, and fans off when you are not in the upstairs rooms. No smoking in the house. Please sign the guest book before you leave. I will provide a shelf for you in the fridge to store food on. You may make a lite meal prep/cook, in the kitchen, The dishwasher is not hooked up, so you have to do your dishes by hand.
