This 2018 built home is located in the heart of Historic Alma, CO. The highest incorporated town in North America! Walk to the South Park Saloon, shops or start your hike right out the back door. Just 15 miles from Colorado's world-class Breckenridge ski resort. Copper Mountain, Keystone, and A-Basin are also less than 50 minutes away. Our home is an eclectic mix of new and old. Built on the footprint of an 1880s miner's cabin, it carries the past into the present. The space You'll find in-floor radiant heat and a cozy gas log stove make for warm nights with no hassle. There are 2 bedrooms, both with a queen beds, and 2 baths. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, and heated floor. The upstairs has a deep soaking tub with a shower. The main living area is open concept. The living room has a TV with a DVD player. Wifi is also available. The gorgeous kitchen is equipped with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to cook up some great meals. Enjoy our mini library that includes movies, games, and books including local history and information about local activities. If you bring your dog, we ask that you don't leave them unattended. Leash laws are enforced. We can provide a kennel if needed. Other things to note Must be 25 years old to book this home. **This home is pet friendly. We charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $75/pet up to two pets/three with additional owner approval. Pets must be completely housebroken and not left alone unless crated. All pets must be approved before they are allowed to stay so please let us know prior to booking about any pets you are wanting to bring. When you place your booking indicate that you are bringing a pet so the pet fee will be charged.
