But that's not all - for absolute relaxation, you have an outdoor wellness tract that includes a hot tub, cooling tub and sauna. The sauna is equipped with both an electric stove and the possibility of wood heating for an authentic experience. From the wellness zone you will have a wonderful view of the meadows or snow-covered hills in winter. In the winter months, in addition to the cooling tub, you will welcome refreshments right in the snow, which will enhance the whole experience. For children's entertainment, there is a game room next to the lounge and a football that is guaranteed to entertain all family members. In summer you can enjoy the outdoor pool with sun loungers, table tennis and an outdoor version of the popular game "Ludo". Children will have a blast on the climbing frames with a slide, sandpit and playhouse. For the preparation of grilled specialties, there is a summer kitchen with an outdoor covered seating area, ideal for evening barbecues and sitting by the fireplace. The house is located in a quiet location of Kouty nad Desnou, but at the same time it is very easily accessible. Nearby you will find a train station and a bus stop for cross-country skiers. Cyclists will definitely appreciate the great location for trips, because there are many cycling routes and hiking trails in the area. In winter, the house is only a few minutes walk from the Kouty Ski Resort, which means that skiers are really close to the slope. Guest access The cottage is all yours, as well as the outdoor attractions, the whole garden and the wellness zone. Other things to note Accommodation with pets is not possible. CHECK IN will be a breeze. The cottage will be ready for you at 3 p.m., until then we are preparing the cottage. Before your arrival, we will ask you to fill in an online guest list with all the information we are required to provide when paying fees to the municipality and also to share information about foreigners. The WELLNESS TRACT will be ready for you all year round. Energy and wood are paid according to consumption, it is charged through AirBnB after the stay. We have all the manuals for using the wellness tract ready for guests via video to make it easier for you to handle. You will bring your own LINEN AND TOWELS. If you wish to rent linen, we will be happy to lend you linen (150,- CZK/set), towels and sauna sheets (50,- CZK/pc). Please let us know in advance which textiles to prepare for you. For those who like to process wood for themselves, in the nearby forest it is certainly possible to collect firewood. You'll have an axe and a saw from us. It is charged through AirBnB after the stay Normally, about 3 vehicles can be parked at the cottage, there is a parking lot under the cottage. In winter, however, we cannot guarantee ACCESS to the cottage. Don't forget the chains. In winter, you have to take into account that snow removal is up to you, as well as cleaning the pool in summer. You can get to us easily by train. The train station is about 500 meters from us.
