Guest access Our recently-renovated apartment is on the second floor of a historic brownstone that we have been - patiently! - restoring apartment by apartment. Guests have access to the front entrance, hallway and entire one-bedroom apartment. The hallway of our brownstone is in the process of being restyled. Guests also have access to washer and dryer on the first floor for your personal use. Next door is a garden with outdoor seating and plenty of seasonal flowers - let us know if you'd like a tour Spring-Fall.
