Description

Stunning yet affordable, large, unique Georgian Manor within world renowned beautiful gardens. Bressingham Hall can comfortably sleep 10-21 people in 8 bedrooms. Perfect for large family and friends reunions. Includes large fully fitted kitchen, children snug room, winter conservatory, pool table, formal dining and drawing rooms. Hot tub, home chef, heated converted barn, steam powered trains and gallopers, mini golf, EV charger available at extra cost. The space If you have any questions please ask! This is a dog friendly space but we require that you ask before bringing dogs and charge £30 per dog per stay. Max 2 dogs. We also have two beautiful Bell tents which accommodate 2 adults each, available at an extra price. The Hall retains its Georgian period features whilst also creating a warm and welcoming environment for house guests. The fireplaces are ornamental only. A large reception hall leads to an elegantly decorated drawing room and dining room, and the grand staircase takes you up to the spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms for up to 21 guests. 5 of the ensuite bedrooms have brand new king size beds, with additional singles available, and 3 further bedrooms have twin or single beds, and there are 2 cots available for tots on request. Please view the sleeping plans in 'photos'. The bathrooms all provide large walk-in showers, and 3 bathrooms also feature gorgeous classic roll-top baths. The furnishings complement and reflect a bygone era. Pretty decorative fireplaces grace each room – a wonderful feature saved from years ago. The tall ceilings are adorned by chandeliers, and period furniture, dado rail mouldings and wooden floorboards have been sympathetically preserved. Both the formal drawing and dining room are perfect to play host to the smartest drinks reception or supper whilst a comfy ‘snug’ equipped with squishy informal sofas, bean bags and chairs will be the bolt hole for nights in front of the TV or children looking for a den to play and hide from their parents. Bressingham Hall is self-catering but for a truly relaxing stay, catering is available. Alternatively there are 3 pubs offering meals within a couple of miles of Bressingham Hall. All rooms provide central heating from our eco-friendly bio-mass boiler. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen and utility room are well provided for. Wi-Fi is also free throughout the house though may not be as fast as in urban areas. The table in the snug, or in the Geranium room, or the west conservatory maybe appropriate as a workspace. As an added feature, guests have their very own private garden with conservatory and terrace, and lawn with lawn games. And with prior arrangement you can hire a hot tub, take a garden tour, host a BBQ, or enjoy a variety of workshops. We can arrange for a hot tub from our supplier from £190, meals from £20 per person, early check-in and and late check-out from £40 subject to availability. We welcome all types of groups especially family and friends, but also for themed retreats. We have a beautiful converted barn adjacent, fully heated which can be rented separately. Ideal for indoor courses and classes like Yoga, painting, horticulture, business, or more often for weddings and private parties. We have a full bar license, too. Our grandfather set up the impressive live Steam Museum next door which has train rides and a beautiful 19th century steam operated gallopers which make a true highlight at parties (entry tickets paid at the Steam Museum entrance building). There is also an EV charger and mini golf. The Hall sits within 17 acres of beautifully maintained award winning gardens created by our father and grandfather, often featured on national and international media for their year round interest. Guest access The whole house, and private garden area and patio is exclusively for guests use. Free private parking behind the house.
