Plenty of parking spaces regardless of what time you come home; it's very safe to park on the street. And last but not least - blazing fast internet. Guest access The living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry room are located here and open for all guests to use. We have one bedroom with a private bathroom assigned to it located on the first floor. During your stay We both work full-time, and Phoenix is working from her home office so you can reach her at anytime that she's awake. Both of us are readily available by text message if you need us. Open communication is very important please communicate to us if you have a want or need fulfilled, we'll do our best to accommodate. Other things to note Safe, well-educated, and quiet area close to plenty of restaurants. Everyone is very friendly and kind in this community. We feel very safe here and we are comfortable with walking at night. The neighborhood is well lit with police stations close by.
