We are located on the first and closest street to the beach! No home in front of us---so the views of the ocean are amazingly unobstructed. Our house is a 3br/2bath 1150 sq ft house in the Sunny Beach neighborhood w/ ocean views from every room. Sit on our spacious porch lookout, watch the sunset, feel the sea breeze, and listen to the waves. We are wonderfully located only 4 min from Seawall/61st. Your beach vacation is waiting! The space Welcome to Sunny Point of View! Our home is in the highly desired and closest west end neighborhood of Sunny Beach. When you stay with us, you are yards from the beach! Take a break from your daily grind and escape to the Beach. Our neighborhood has a lovely stretch of beach in front of our subdivision that prohibits vehicles--it is as private as you can find in Texas. There are public pocket beaches down the road to the west and east of us. A short seven-mile drive from the historic Galveston Pleasure Pier, a five-block walk to restaurants, and one block from the Seawall, you'll be in the heart of all the action. Enjoy an open floor plan with a spacious living, kitchen, dining area surrounded by large windows with ocean views. Our kitchen is well equipped for your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances. The living room boasts a day bed with twin trundle when you need that extra sleeping space. The living room has a large flatscreen TV that is set up for all your streaming needs via Roku. You'll find an extensive DVD collection as well. The home is fitted with high speed Wifi. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with sea glass color scheme, bedroom 2 is a whimsical bunk room with 2 twins and spiral staircase that holds access to the private upper suite. The laundry room is also conveniently located off this room. Upstairs you will find a private paradise. Very quiet and secluded from the rest of the house with your own bathroom and AC unit. Gaze at the ocean while you lie in bed reading. It is just magical. The upstairs suite includes a King bed, twin bed with twin trundle, private bathroom, work space, and flat screen TV with streaming via Roku. Enjoy complementary beach chairs and toys or grill up something on our Weber charcoal grill. Eat on our picnic table while you listen to the seagulls and waves crashing into shore. When you are ready to hit the beach, grab your stuff and enjoy an incredibly short walk. Steps to the beach! When you are finished, clean up in our new outdoor shower with hot and cold water--perfect for hosing off the kids before going upstairs. Other things to note Age policy: Minimum 25 years of age or with parent present. No pets, parties, or more than 4 vehicles. **Please Note** Guests are invited to use the beach toys,chairs, and grill. We ask that all chairs and toys be rinsed and dried before storing and that the grill is cleaned and covered after use. An extra $50 cleaning fee will be taken out of the deposit if you fail to do so. We want to keep being able to provide these convenient items to our guests. Thank you!
