Our rental is a apartment complex of three units. Each unit has an shared wall. The noise will be like sharing a home. You will hear your neighbors. The unit was a small hotel built in 1956, in the early 80's my husband's Parents and Grand Parents purchased it. It was a monthly rental until 2017 when the interior was lost in a fire, the brick exterior of the building was unharmed. We remodeled the inside turning it into nightly Rentals. Everything inside is new. IMPORTANT INFORMATION : The layout of the unit is "Hotel Style" (Please note each unit has a shared wall, You will hear your neighbors.) Layout with a full size kitchen. One queen bed and one twin pull out sleeper loveseat. The accommodation for the pull out mattress is not a true bed or mattress. The hot water heater will take approximately 3-4 minutes to get hot. Other things to note The guest will be given a key code to access the front door the day before arrival.
