There are convenient transport links towards Swansea and Llanelli, with access to the M4 for travelling to surrounding work locations. Whether you're working locally, relocating, between homes or visiting family nearby, Studio 3 provides a private and practical base for your stay. Guest access We’ll give you the space and privacy to enjoy your stay, but our team is here when you need us. We’re available by phone or message between 8:00am and 9:00pm to help with questions or anything that comes up during your stay. Outside these hours, you can still send us a message and we’ll pick it up when the team is back online. Support hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Other things to note This property is hosted by me, Kay, with the support of my KG Short Stay team. We’ll give you the space to enjoy your stay, but if you need us, there’s always a real person at the end of the phone or message during our support hours. **Access** This accommodation is located on the first floor and is accessed via stairs. There is no lift in the building, so please bear this in mind if you have mobility requirements or are travelling with heavy luggage. **Parking** There is a dedicated car park
