Morella Farm is 100kms from Adelaide, amongst beautiful rolling hills with ocean and landscape views from your patio. Beautiful self-contained homestead offers unique farm style experience. Working farm with many animals on 100 acres of paddocks. Interact with our friendly animals in our new petting zoo or enjoy a picnic amongst our picturesque landscape. Witness visiting native birds and kangaroos. Minutes from fantastic fishing, the famous Kangaroo Island, wine region and Conservation Park. The space This homestead, has three large sized bedrooms, two with queen beds and the other with three sets of single bunk beds. Fourth bedroom is a detached cabin with two single beds and newly renovated bathroom facilities. This house is spacious and also has an open plan lounge/living space with outdoor views and a small firepit. Guest access Guests have access to walk around and explore the large property. This includes opportunities to visit one of our 3 dams, pick wild flowers, take photos of visiting natural wildlife, interact with our friendly farm animals or simply enjoy a picnic under the large trees in our gardens. Other things to note Please note this is a working farm, occasionally owners will be accessing the sheds and attend to the animals to ensure all our animals are well looked after.
