Our home is close to Oakway Mall, Costco, Valley River Center, Gateway Mall, 1-5. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, Family friendly. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (young kids). Welcome! The space We are a small family of three. Our home is perfect for a young family as we will be BNB'n our master bedroom with bathroom and we are all set with a "side-car" system if kids sleep with you(can be removed with ease if not needed). We have toys and a full bed in our sons bedroom which is a nice space full of books and toys. The best fit is a two adults with one child or two kids if one is still sleeping with parents. Master bed is a King and children's room has a full. Guest access You will have access to King Sized bed in master suite with bathroom(shower only but we have another bathroom with a bathtub if needed/wanted). Second bathroom(main) with bath/shower(shared with home-owner). Children's room with toys and many books in German and English. Nice kid friendly yard with a nice BBQ space(gas for cooking and stone fire-pit for s'mores) as well as full kitchen inside as well as dining room and living room with a large couch and t.v. Host will be home but staying in another room while family(wife and child) will be traveling. The best seat in the house is in the hammock in the backyard. Please no smoking in or around our house. Thank you and enjoy your stay. During your stay I will be staying in our guest room across the hall or Children's bedroom if we rent the guest room. I don't plan to be around much because of work and play but I will be available if needed as my schedule is flexible. Other things to note We have an outside cat but no inside pets. My Dad will be working the Olympics Trials so if you need anything while down there he is a great contact(he has been an official for over 20 years and loves it!) Master and kids bedroom have blackout shades so sleep comes a little easier(German wife said they were a must when we bought the house so Happy Wife = Happy Life).
