The space The Bourbon Belle is one of Louisville's original shotgun homes. Louisville is known for it's preservation of these unique homes that "you could fire a shotgun from one end of the home out the other". They were built in the early 1890’s by German immigrants working in small farms and butcher shops. We worked to restore this historic property with modern conveniences and comforts while keeping the rich tradition alive. We are ready to host short term, mid-term, and long term rental guests. Sleeps 4 comfortably, premium linens and towels, and essentials supplied. Location! Location! Our neighborhood is known for walkability, local small business, and its vibrance! Walkable restaurants include the Full Stop Station, Logan Street Market, Awry Brewery, The Fish House, Big Bad Breakfast, & The Barret Bar and Grill. Scooters have also hit the Louisville market so feel free to utilize those as well. Also close by are Hammerheads,The Paristown Food Hall, The Cafe, Wiltshire Bakery, Kaiju, and everything on Bardstown Rd. Louisville is a Foodie Town! Guest access Entire single level home with patio in the back. Free parking pad in the back or free on street parking in the front. Lock box on the front door will release key inside for easy check in. Other things to note We also own the 2 houses next door.
